I'm Doug Calobrisi. By day I'm a Director and Senior Principal Engineer at
[EDB](https://www.enterprisedb.com/), where I lead the Platform group inside
Engineering. We run the internal developer platforms and operations, and we own
the software platform under EDB's flagship product.

The rest of the time I build things, and a fair share of them break. This site is
where I write down what I learned from both, usually with a tool you can run at
the end.

The posts started out as infrastructure and CI notes. Lately they lean toward
running coding agents on local GPUs, and toward the shop, where a CNC mill, a hub
motor and LinuxCNC have each turned into a [project](/projects/) with its own
docs.

Opinions here are my own, not EDB's.
